Evan was a national competitive swimmer and swim coach. His specialties lie in strength and conditioning training. Evan enjoys working with older people and has a philosophy is that you are never too old to get fit and exercise should be fun and helping people of all ages on their fitness journey. Shiva
Shiva has been training for 8 years and currently trains as a powerlifter. Powerlifting inspired her to help others on their fitness journey. Why should I consider personal training?
If you're new to fitness or are not quite sure what to do in the gym a personal trainer can provide you with the fitness knowledge you need to feel comfortable and confident.
