Specialising in resistance training and offering vast knowledge in exercise assessment, technique and nutrition, she is committed to creating personalised plans to help meet your goals. Shiva has been training for 8 years and currently trains as a powerlifter. Powerlifting inspired her to help others on their fitness journey. She has had a lot of experience guiding her clients, providing relevant evidence based knowledge and tools to achieve their goals as a graduate of Bachelor of Health Science & Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach. 

Evan was a national competitive swimmer and swim coach. His specialties lie in strength and conditioning training. Evan enjoys working with older people and has a philosophy is that you are never too old to get fit and exercise should be fun and helping people of all ages on their fitness journey. Evan is also a qualified HIIT Boxing and Kickboxing instructor.
